SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing times vary throughout the year. Everything is made to order and is constantly being restocked! Your processing begins after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

*I cannot guarantee customers who purchase expedited shipping will receive faster processing times. If you choose to purchase expedited shipping, it's best to assume that this will speed up the transit time only!

Current Processing Time: 5-7 business days (Depending on what I have in stock some orders will be shipped out sooner!)

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Transit times are not guaranteed.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at dessertishbycolline@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
